No. bitbybit runs directly on the WhatsApp Cloud API and the WhatsApp Business App via Coexistence. For enterprise teams that need BSP routing for Official API access, we partner with leading BSPs and route through their existing provider.

No. Meta's published per-conversation rates pass through to you at cost. bitbybit charges its platform fee separately — there is no per-conversation markup on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform rates.

Compatible workflows are integrations that connect through bitbybit's webhook and HTTP-request triggers rather than as native one-click installs. Save to Google Sheets, a Custom Webhook (with a live test), and an HTTP request action work today; bitbybit is also available as a step in Shopify Flow. For other tools, connect via webhook or our open API — framed separately from native integrations so the difference is honest.
