Stamped Loyalty runs the points, tiers, and rewards mechanics behind a Shopify storefront. The bitbybit integration surfaces those events on WhatsApp — points earned, points redeemed, tier upgraded, reward expiring — instead of relying on email that customers no longer open at the same rate. The same trigger that fires a Stamped email now fires a WhatsApp message inside the bitCRM journey, with the customer record already in place.

Setup

Open your Shopify dashboard and go to Apps → Stamped.io.

Open the Loyalty tab inside Stamped.

Go to Settings → Loyalty Integrations → API Keys.

Copy the API Key Public and Store Hash and paste them into bitbybit.

Before you connect.

bitLoyalty is in development. While it builds out, Stamped Loyalty stays the supported loyalty engine for bitbybit-connected stores. When bitLoyalty launches, brands on Stamped can continue using Stamped or evaluate switching — both will be supported during the transition.
