- Do I need to be involved in the sales process?
- You choose your level of involvement. You can stay in the pitch and present bitbybit to your client yourself, or hand the opportunity to our sales team and let us pitch on your behalf. Either path keeps you as the referring partner on the deal.
- What happens to my commission if a client I refer churns?
- Your monthly commission for a referred client continues while they stay subscribed, and stops when that client cancels their plan. There's no penalty on your side — you simply stop earning on an account once it's no longer active.
- When and how do partners get paid?
- Partner commissions are paid out monthly. The exact payment method and schedule are confirmed with you during partner onboarding, once your application is approved.
- How long does the partner application review take?
- We review every partner application within a few business days and follow up with next steps. If we need more detail about your agency or client base to approve you, we reach out directly.
