Setup

How to set up KiriminAja.

    Log in to your KiriminAja dashboard at app.kiriminaja.com and make sure your account is verified.

  2. 02

    Go to Settings → App integrations, click Add integration, and choose bitbybit.

  3. 03

    Enter your bitbybit Company ID when prompted.

  4. 04

    Allow up to 2 business days for KiriminAja to generate your API — the Setup Key then appears on the App Integrations page.

  5. 05

    Copy the Setup Key and paste it into the KiriminAja integration screen inside bitbybit.

  6. 06

    Run a test quote to confirm rates and label generation work end to end.

Before you connect.

KiriminAja already aggregates JNE alongside J&T, SiCepat, Anteraja, Tiki, and other Indonesian couriers. Most merchants want courier choice per shipment, and a single integration via KiriminAja is the standard path. A direct JNE integration adds operational complexity without giving merchants more options.

KiriminAja generates the API key after approving the integration request — typically within a couple of business days. Once generated, the key appears on the App Integrations page in your KiriminAja dashboard.
