Stamped collects product and store reviews for Shopify brands. By default review requests go through email, where open rates have decayed across the industry. The bitbybit integration sends the same review request on WhatsApp — where customers actually open and reply — and posts the response back into Stamped automatically. Higher response rate, faster review velocity, and the conversation stays on a channel customers already read every day.

Setup

    Open your Shopify dashboard and go to Apps → Stamped.io.

  2. 02

    In Stamped, open Settings and find the API Keys section.

  3. 03

    Copy the API Key Public and Store Hash.

  4. 04

    Paste both into the Stamped integration page inside bitbybit.

Yes. Stamped stays the source of truth for review data and the product-page widget. bitbybit only changes the request channel — WhatsApp instead of email — and posts replies back so Stamped remains your single dashboard.
