Yes — bitChat and bitCRM are priced separately, so you only pay for the products you use, and they’re built to run together: AI tags from bitChat conversations sync into bitCRM automatically to trigger follow-ups. Start with one and add the other at any time, or take the $299/mo Pro Bundle, which includes every bitbybit product with expert onboarding.
WhatsApp messages sent as campaigns or through the API are charged by Meta on top of your plan, not included in the plan price. Meta bills WhatsApp per delivered message, priced by message category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient’s country, and bitbybit passes those fees through at Meta’s published rates with no markup — you pay the same rate you’d pay Meta directly. Your bitbybit plan is a flat platform fee, so your messaging volume never carries a platform cut or hidden surcharge.
bitbybit notifies you before you reach your plan’s conversation or contact limit — your service isn’t cut off mid-month without warning. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, and upgrades apply immediately.
One AI reply is one response from your AI agent, however many message bubbles it’s split into — a three-bubble answer and a five-bubble answer each count as one. The Free plan includes 100 AI replies per month, and paid plans include more (see each plan above). For illustration: if an average conversation takes 10 AI replies, 100 replies covers about 10 conversations. The allowance is shared across all your connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram and so on), not split per channel.
The AI agent stops replying and conversations are escalated to your human agents until you top up or upgrade. Your account and the rest of the platform keep running — nothing is switched off. If you haven’t added a payment method, you’re not charged.
Every paying plan (Starter and above) includes an account manager, with priority that depends on your plan. Enterprise adds a dedicated success manager. Your account manager helps with onboarding, strategy, AI prompt tuning, and migration and connection help. The Free plan includes guided onboarding and ongoing support through chat and email.
Yes — every bitbybit product’s Starter and Growth plans come with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required, with full access to the plan’s features so you can test real workflows before paying. The $299/mo Pro Bundle has no trial — it starts with a demo and expert onboarding instead.
Upgrades apply immediately. To move to a lower plan, cancel your subscription (your account moves to Free immediately, and remaining AI quota is not carried over), then subscribe to the lower plan.
Yes — annual billing on bitbybit saves you up to 17% compared to monthly pricing: pay for 10 months, get 12. Use the billing toggle at the top of the pricing page to see the annual price for each product’s plans.
No. There’s no minimum payment, no deposit and no upfront investment fee, and you can pay month to month. WhatsApp message fees are separate and passed through at Meta’s published rates.
Cards are charged through Stripe, billed monthly or annually. Indonesian customers usually pay through Xendit. For custom contracts, your account manager arranges billing with you.
Not directly yet. Changing the card currently means cancelling your subscription and subscribing again with the new card. When you cancel, your account moves to Free immediately and remaining AI quota is not carried over, so contact support first if you want help.
