We're hiring a Marketing Manager with high agency. This is a special role for people who want global exposure and want to jump into the AI space right now — building growth inside a real AI company, not watching from the sidelines.

Who this role is for

• High agency: you don't wait, you ship.

• Outcome-driven: you care about pipeline/revenue, not vanity metrics.

What you'll do

• Run acquisition + experiments (Meta CTWA, Search, TikTok, retargeting)
• Improve conversion across the funnel (ads → landing → WhatsApp → demo/trial → revenue)
• Build GTM assets (landing pages, decks, case studies, ad angles, webinar/demo flows)
• Work directly with founders/sales/product to ship and iterate fast

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)

• Clear ICP + channel plan + reporting tied to pipeline and revenue
• Weekly experimentation cadence running consistently
• Conversion improvements in WhatsApp flow + landing + nurture
• A scalable growth playbook we can expand across markets

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in marketing/growth/performance (startup, SaaS, or commerce tech preferred)
• Proven track record owning outcomes: pipeline, revenue, CAC/LTV, ROAS, conversion rates
• Strong on Meta (especially Click-to-WhatsApp) + at least one of: Google/Search, TikTok
• Comfortable building funnels end-to-end and moving fast without heavy support
• Strong English (must)

AI-native expectations

You should already be using AI to:

• Generate and test creative/copy faster
• Speed up research, positioning, and content production
• Automate reporting/analysis and tighten feedback loops

If AI isn't part of your daily workflow, this won't be a fit.

Nice to have

• E-commerce/D2C marketing or SaaS-to-operators experience
• WhatsApp commerce / conversational funnels / lifecycle automation familiarity
• Content + creative chops (copy, basic design sense, video scripting)
