bitbybit builds AI agents that actually do things. We help businesses automate sales, support, and customer engagement through WhatsApp-first products. Our AI agents don't just answer questions. They take action: qualify leads, process orders, handle returns, and close deals. We're looking for someone who can own pipeline, lead discovery, run consultative demos, and close. This isn't an SDR role. You'll work directly with founders to shape how we go to market.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Own pipeline generation through strategic outbound and inbound qualification
- ✓Lead consultative discovery calls to understand business challenges and map solutions
- ✓Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's use case
- ✓Drive deals from first touch to close with full accountability
- ✓Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators
- ✓Work closely with founders to refine GTM strategy and sales playbook
- ✓Represent bitbybit at industry events and build market presence
- ✓Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM
Requirements
- ✓2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling roles
- ✓Track record of owning and closing deals, not just generating leads
- ✓Experience with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- ✓Strong discovery and qualification skills. You listen more than you pitch.
- ✓Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- ✓Self-driven with high ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do.
AI-Native Expectations
This role requires someone who already lives and breathes AI tools.
- *You use AI tools daily in your work. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar.
- *You're comfortable learning new AI products quickly and explaining them clearly
- *You stay curious about how AI is changing sales, support, and business automation
- *You can articulate how AI agents differ from traditional chatbots
Nice to Have
- –Experience selling AI, SaaS, or automation products
- –Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or conversational commerce
- –Network in retail, e-commerce, or D2C brands in Indonesia
- –Experience in early-stage startups where you wore multiple hats
