About This Role

Drive strategic partnerships and new business opportunities across Southeast Asia and beyond. You'll work with enterprise clients to implement AI-powered commerce solutions and contribute to our rapid expansion in conversational commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM
  • Represent bitbybit at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Understanding of SaaS and technology solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Nice to Have

  • Experience with conversational AI or WhatsApp Business API solutions
  • Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • Network in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries
  • Experience with channel partnerships and indirect sales
