Build partnerships globally

Drive strategic partnerships and new business opportunities across Southeast Asia and beyond. You'll work with enterprise clients to implement AI-powered commerce solutions, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to our rapid expansion in the conversational commerce market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision makers
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, agencies, and system integrators
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospects
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns and content creation
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM system
  • Represent bitbybit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation, closing skills, and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, technology solutions, and enterprise software sales
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in conversational AI, WhatsApp Business API, or e-commerce solutions
  • Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • Network of contacts in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries
  • Experience with channel partnerships and indirect sales models
