Build our brand from scratch and drive our initial growth. Find our first users and turn them into loyal promoters—from running ads to shaping the product story and demonstrating how our technology transforms businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines
  • Create compelling product narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Build detailed use cases, demos, and case studies showcasing bitbybit products
  • Collaborate with product team to inform roadmap and gather customer insights
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion metrics, and optimize for growth
  • Develop content marketing strategies including blogs, videos, and social media

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of hitting growth targets with data-driven approach
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with marketing metrics and tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
  • Passionate about technology, AI, and innovation in business tools
  • Experience with social media advertising, Google Ads, and digital marketing platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing roles
  • Content creation skills including video editing, copywriting, and design
  • Understanding of growth hacking techniques and performance marketing
  • Experience building brand from early stage in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business ecosystem or conversational commerce
