Drive customer growth and success

Lead customer relationships for our fastest-growing AI platform. You'll help 200+ brands maximize their WhatsApp commerce potential, drive measurable business outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction across our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with 50+ key enterprise customers across Southeast Asia
  • Drive product adoption, feature utilization, and ensure customers achieve their business goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews, success planning sessions, and quarterly check-ins
  • Identify upselling and expansion opportunities to grow account revenue
  • Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
  • Create and deliver customer training programs, webinars, and best practice sessions
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, and proactively address churn risks
  • Work with sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success, account management, or client relationship experience
  • Proven experience with B2B SaaS platforms and enterprise customer management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), customer analytics, and success platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in conversational AI, WhatsApp Business, or e-commerce platforms
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Customer Success certification or relevant professional development
  • Experience with customer onboarding and training program development
