Understanding the Unsubscribe Option for Messages

Enabling the unsubscribe option in bitChat is essential for managing customer preferences and ensuring compliance with messaging standards. This feature allows users to opt-out easily, enhancing customer experience and maintaining trust. Follow these steps to activate the unsubscribe settings.

Step 1: Go to bitChat Settings chatbot dashboard.

Step 2: Scroll down to find "Unsubscribe" then click "toggle" to green.

Step 3: Fill in the unsubscribe "Keywords" and select the message type.

Fill in "Keywords" and select "Message type"

Step 4: Fill in the unsubscribe message or upload media, then click "Save changes."
