Step 1: Access Shopify Dashboard

  • Go to your Shopify dashboard.
  • In the “Sales Channels” in the sidebar section click “Online Store” and select “Preferences”.

  • Scroll down to “Spam protection” and deactivate both Captcha options then click “Save”.
