Step 1: Create Your Voucher
- There are 3 available discount types: Fixed Amount, Percentage, and Free Shipping. Please select one and enter the required fields, such as Voucher Title, Prefix, Suffix, Value, Minimum Spend, and Active Voucher Dates.
- Once all fields are filled, click "Create Voucher."
Step 2: Complete the Heading and Body Text
- Fill in the heading and body text.
Note: The heading text can have a maximum of 50 characters, and the body text can have up to 160 characters.
Step 3: Customize Your Voucher Popup Appearance
- You can customize the voucher popup’s appearance, including the background theme, background color, gradient color, layout options, voucher button style, font, and text color.
Step 4: Preview and Confirm Your Voucher Popup
- Once you have completed the setup, you can preview how the voucher popup will appear on your store from the right side of the screen. Adjust the design as needed to match your preferences.
Note: You can switch between mobile and desktop views.
Step 5: Enable the New Customer Voucher
- To activate the voucher popup, simply toggle the switch until it turns green.
Note: The voucher will only work when the Sign Up Pop-up is also enabled.
Step 6: Save Your Voucher Popup Settings
- Click ‘Save Changes’ at the top to apply and store all your modifications.
Step 7: Test Your New Customer Voucher
- Visit your store’s website and make sure you are logged in, as the new customer voucher will only be displayed when a user is logged in and is a new customer.
Note: If the user clicks the cancel button or 'x,' the voucher popup will no longer be displayed.
