Step 1: Access Chatbot Dashboard

Go to bitChat Settings - Chatbot dashboard.

Step 2: Select and Enable Channel

Choose a channel: WhatsApp Business App, WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Facebook and click the toggle switch for the selected channel.

Step 3: Compose Message

Enter your rating request message.

Step 4: Save Changes

Click "Save changes".
