Step 1: Access Chatbot Dashboard
- Go to bitChat Settings - Chatbot dashboard.
Step 2: Set Rating Timing
- Specify the time after inactivity (in minutes, hours, or days).
Step 3: Select and Enable Channel
- Choose a channel: WhatsApp Business App, WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Facebook and click the toggle switch for the selected channel.
Step 4: Compose Message
- Enter your message.
Step 6: Save Changes
- Click "Save changes".
